           Personal training for real people, including you.

 

        I​f the idea of stepping into a gym fills you with mortal dread, you're in the right place, I'm the

    coach for you. I help people who don't know where to start to actually get started (and really, that's

  the hard part) and actually enjoy their training. 

 Whatever it is that's keeping you from working out, chances are it's some bullshit system that exists to make you feel like crap, and this is a safe space from all of that. I'll listen to what you want and need (or we'll work it out), and we'll make a plan for YOU, screw everyone else!

   I'm a level 3 personal trainer with a strong background in functional fitness and a pre and post

     natal specialist, and a passion for bulletproofing your body for future you (you can thank me in

       a few decades time).

           I know firsthand how overwhelming approaching fitness can be throughout pregnancy and

           postnatally, training through my pregnancy, and navigating post natal challenges and injuries

           (in my case, a prolapse). Whether you're looking for guidance staying active during pregnancy,

             struggling to know where to start postpartum, or just overwhelmed by what you "can" and

             "can't" do, I'm here to help you feel strong and confident in your new identity. There's always

             something for you.

            No pressure, no judgement, just a coach who will meet you where you are.

"1 to 1"

Train on your own for a workout tailored specifically to you and your fitness goals.

"PT for 2"

Train with a friend, partner, family member... whoever you like, and hit your fitness goals together. (You

       do not have to be at the same fitness level as the person you are training with.) 

        "Buddy Up"

         If the idea of training on your own fills you with dread but you don't have someone to train with (as

              long as there's another buddy looking) I'll pair you up with another client with similar fitness

                  goals and a similar fitness level to you, and you'll train together.

                      "Small Group Training"

                         Book as a group of up to 8 people and train together. Perfect for NCT groups with or without

                                 your little ones.

                                    Train in person (ideally), or online.

                                      1 to 1 (1 session) £55

                                      1 to 1 (block of 5 sessions) £250
